The Process

First of all we need to understand your business. Your goals and objectives, your successes and future challenges. Only then can we begin to plan the path to growth together.

Our first step is to meet with individuals from your organisation and listen. Yes, listen. Surprised? You shouldn't be. A complete understanding of your organisation is vital before we can begin to develop a plan for success.

Once we have listened and understand your business we will then work with you to develop a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) tailored specifically to the needs and aspirations of your business.

The next step is to help your workforce build their skills to help your business succeed.

Over the two years of the project we will run 70 training sessions covering vital business topics such as 'How to win Public Sector Contracts', 'Become a better leader', 'Administering Public Sector Contracts' and sessions on embedding equality, diversity and sustainability into your business.

These sessions will be delivered by specialists in these fields and will build the skills base in your business to allow you to compete at a new level.
